More Ways to Get Lecture Audio Files

Marc Andreesen asks for downloadable audio files of my lectures this fall.

I am stuffing them all into:

http://www.j-bradford-delong.net/2007_audio

and:

http://web.mac.com/jbdelong/Brad_DeLongs_iWeb/Coffee_and_Tea_Audio_Podcasts/Coffee_and_Tea_Audio_Podcasts.html

With a podcast URL of:

itpc://web.mac.com/jbdelong/Brad_DeLongs_iWeb/Coffee_and_Tea_Audio_Podcasts/rss.xml

Brad DeLong rocks!!

Brad:

Convert the files to MP3 from m4a. It will reduce the size by half and more importantly, anyone with any media player will be able to listen to them. Click the preference and chose import opiton. Then chose the mp3 option. Then right click your Podcast in iTune and chose the option covert to mp3. I record my lecture in iPod wih Micromemo and then convert them to mp3 and post it in Blackboard.

Yes, please for mp3. Also, the last lecture in each series (mp4 via iTunes feed) came in blank after about the 8 minute mark. Anyone else have this?

Thanks for making these available, Brad.

Don't know about anyone else but the itpc link only worked for me when I inserted some underscore characters, as follows:

itpc://web.mac.com/jbdelong/Brad_DeLongs_iWeb/Coffee_and_Tea_Audio_Podcasts/rss.xml

Yes, the Coffee and Tea URL is a little different:
itpc://web.mac.com/jbdelong/Brad_DeLongs_iWeb/Coffee_and_Tea_Audio_Podcasts/rss.xml

I stuck it in the "URL" space, so perhaps clicking on my username will work.

Can you download files from the mac.com site?

Thanks very much Brad - enjoy the lectures very much - you're even pretty good on Australian knowledge (except that most Australians would think Churchill great for winning WWII and probably not know about his Gallipoli involvement).
