What we want to tax:
- We want to tax labor.
- We want to tax monopoly.
- We want to tax luck.
And we want to do so progressively.
What we don't want to tax:
- We don't want to tax thrift.
- We don't want to tax innovation.
- We don't want to tax risk-bearing.
