One more reminder of the fact that "Chemical" Ali has just been condemned to hang by the US-imposed courts in Iraq, for the crime of genocide against the Kurds, killing several thousand with "agricultural chemicals" sprayed from Hughes helicopters.

The chemicals and the helicopters were supplied by Richard Cheney, the Secretary of Defense, and Donald Rumsfeld, his assistant, for use against Iranian troops. (The US was at the time encouraging Saddam, presumably out of pique at the Ayatollah.) The use of gas against troops, even in war, is a war crime, traditionally a hanging offense.

The other use, a genocidal attack on the Kurds (previously betrayed by Henry Kissinger) is just a cherry on the sundae: how many times can you hang a guy?
